When you pay online, the transaction is processed entirely by Razorpay — your card or bank details never touch our servers; we only store the payment reference, amount and purpose.
How we use it
We use your details to respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, schedule site visits, plan equipment dispatch, deliver services, meet our legal and accounting obligations, and improve this website. We may contact you by phone, email or WhatsApp about your enquiry or booking.
Who we share it with
We share information only where needed to serve you: Razorpay for payment processing, and transport or installation partners involved in delivering your order. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.
Storage & security
Your information is stored on secured systems with access limited to authorised team members, and retained only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.
